Kathleen and I came back home this afternoon because it appeared that all danger had passed. Everything seems to be somewhat back to normal. As we drove home I noticed that some of the local area businesses were opening back up. We went to the beach to see what it was like. The 16 foot waves had died down, but for a place that normally has no real waves to speak of it was pretty wild looking to me.
